(1) It is very easy , you can add site map for the blog on Google's webmaster tools .
(2) Just enter your gmail login ID and password.
(3) In place of sitemap you can put your blogname/rss.xml.For example :
http://www.abapcode.blogspot.com/rss.xml.
Just simple .
